In June 2008, the 10th annual Crossover festival took place at the Broomlee Centre. The weekend was excellent (as always) and an interesting and varied programme of events and activities kept everyone occupied and entertained. You can check out the photos from the weekend in the Gallery.

However, after 10 years of Crossovers it’s time to take a break. The management committee are all busy people and in the intervening years many other things have come along which have demanded their attention. Also in the intervening years many things have come along with claims on your spending money. So, a decision was made to put Crossover ‘on ice’ for the moment. That doesn’t mean that it’ll be gone forever, but it does mean that there won’t be any Crossover events in the immediate future. That said, if any youth agency feels that they could take over the organisation of Crossover, then please do get in touch.

Thank you for all your support over the years – leaders, organisers, caterers, volunteers, bands, performers, worship leaders and all the rest. But most of all, thank you to all the young people who have come along and made Crossover the great event it has been. We hope you have enjoyed your time there as much as we have appreciated the challenge of putting the event on for you. Crossover has always been about young people and challenging you to respond to the Christian message we have sought to include in all aspects of Crossover.

Best wishes and God bless.
